"Oven arrived damaged and I’m still waiting to hear back"
I was really disappointed when the oven showed up with a dent in the side panel and scratches on the front. The box looked beat up too, so it wasn’t exactly a good first impression. I emailed about it and I’m still waiting for a response. The oven does work, but after spending this much, I really expected it to arrive in better condition. At the very least, I’d expect an apology and some kind of follow-up.

"Shipping took forever"
The oven itself is fine, no real complaints there, but wow, the shipping was painfully slow. It took longer than they originally said, and the tracking updates barely told me anything useful. I was getting impatient waiting for it to finally show up.

"Pizza Comes Out Hot and Even"
I’ve been really happy with how this oven performs. It heats up fast and cooks the pizza base nice and evenly, which makes a big difference. The crust gets that perfect little bit of char, while the middle still comes out cooked through instead of soggy.
The only thing I’d say is you do have to keep an eye on it, because a pizza can go from just right to a little too dark quickly. But for cooking performance, I’m very satisfied and would give it 5 stars

"Clean, simple, and easy to browse"
I really liked the overall look of the site, it feels clean, simple, and not too busy. The oven photos are nice and make it easy to get a feel for what’s being offered. One small thing is that a little more detail or guidance in a few spots could make browsing even smoother. But overall, the colors, layout, and design feel really good, and I didn’t find anything confusing

"A bit clunky when comparing ovens"
I was trying to browse and compare a few ovens, and the site felt a little clunky. It worked, but I had to click around more than I expected just to find basic details like specs and pricing. A couple of pages weren’t super clear at first, so I kept backing out and trying a different menu. If you already know the exact model you want, it’s probably fine, but for casual browsing it got a bit frustrating.

I was a little prepared for at least one thing to be off, because that’s happened to me before with other orders. But when the package arrived, I went through everything one by one and it all matched what I ordered. No mixups, no surprises, just exactly what I was hoping to get. Happy with how smoothly it went.

"Solid accessories, honestly worth it"
I ordered a peel and a cover from propizzaovens.com, and to be fair, both turned out better than I expected. They feel sturdy and well made, not like some flimsy add-on accessories you sometimes get. I’ve used them over the last few weekends, and so far they’re holding up really well. No complaints from me...

I’ve been really happy with how easy this is to move around. I take it from the patio to the car with no hassle. It’s great for weekend trips. Not too heavy. Heats up fast too.

"Reliable delivery overall"
I ordered from propizzaovens.com and overall the delivery was smooth. The tracking updated like it was supposed to, and the oven showed up on the day they said it would. The only downside was that the box had a small dent when it arrived, which made me a little nervous at first. Luckily, the oven itself was totally fine inside, so no real issue in the end. Not a perfect delivery, but I’d still say it was reliable

I had to return my oven cover, i expected it to be a hassle, well, not a huge hassle, but still. Support was really easy to deal with, and my refund came through quickly

"Works when it wants, but feels flimsy"
It worked okay at first, but it feels a lot cheaper than I expected. After just a few uses, the handle started getting loose and now the door doesn’t close quite right. It still cooks when it wants to, but it’s been kind of hit or miss, which is really frustrating. The metal scratches super easily too, and one side already looks a little warped from the heat. For the price, I really thought it would feel sturdier. I’m using it for now, but I don’t have a ton of confidence that it’s going to last
